Cancellation policy

If you have chosen a Standard Rate with a credit card as guarantee, you can cancel your booking free of charge within 5 days from the date of arrival. In case of subsequent cancellation, a penalty equal to the full amount of the stay will be applied.

If you have chosen a Non-Refundable Rate, no refund can be received from the structure.

If you have chosen a Villa Rate, the down payment is not refundable. The cancellation can be made within 5 days from the date of arrival without further charges; in case of subsequent cancellation, a penalty equal to the balance amount of the stay will be applied.

Payment

If you have chosen a Standard Rate with credit card as guarantee, the Structure reserves the right to make a pre-authorization (without any charge) equal to the entire amount of the overnight stay. Within 5 days from the arrival Corte Maddalena has the right to charge the full amount of the stay or receive the same amount directly upon the arrival at the facility.

If you have chosen a Villa Rate, the down payment  is non-refundable. The structure reserves the right to make a pre-authorization (without any charge) equal to the balance amount of the stay. This amount can be charged within 5 days from the arrival or directly collected at the hotel, in addition to the payment of the € 800.00 deposit.
